Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order! Since all of our products are made-to-order, returns work a little differently than with traditional retail. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.


Returns & Replacements

  • We gladly replace items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at Broadstreetsupply@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • To speed things up, include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is custom printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Color preference changes

  • Buyer’s remorse

To help you get the right fit, please refer to our size guide on each product page before ordering.


Refunds

  • In most cases, we provide replacements rather than refunds.

  • If a replacement is not possible (discontinued item, out of stock, etc.), a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
